The Neighbor

I LOVE the neighbor! Staff is great, coffee is exceptional, and the breakfast burritos—. Just so good! Not to mention great cocktails if you visit in the evening. Love walking in a being greeted with friendly faces.

The neighbor immediately became our new favorite coffee shop for Collins. Not just because the “ambience” is fantastic, but more importantly because they serve high-quality coffee that is brewed to perfection, delicious food made in House, and fresh local pastries better fantastic. The owner is almost always there and remembers most of his return customers names. It’s incredibly friendly and a pleasant place to enjoy a drink and just hang out. Absolutely awesome.

Whoa! What a find! I was in seldom visited (for me) Ft. Collins and needed a place to work on wifi. A quick search showed a 4.8 star coffee shop so I have it a try. What a pleasant surprise. Great coffee, plenty of space, very friendly staff, "beautiful people everywhere".

We had an event at The Neighbor and everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing to work with and very accommodating on set up and decorations. During the event they were so friendly and kind. Everything looked so beautiful. The bar was excellent, food delicious and atmosphere fantastic. We were so happy with it all. Highly recommend!

After our wedding ceremony and reception, we had a vision of transforming the typical dance floor into a full-on rave—and The Neighbor was the perfect place to make it happen. The space itself has such a modern, open aesthetic, complete with a stunning mirrored bar, which set the vibe immediately. Even better, Alex and her team fully embraced our vision and added their own amazing touches—like a Chicago-style hot dog bar (a nod to my Chicago roots) that our guests are still talking about. They were so fun to work with and executed everything flawlessly with very little guidance from us. We said “wedding rave,” and they delivered! It was the most incredible way to cap off the night. The Neighbor is not only a gorgeous space, but it also has a staff that knows how to bring the fun and execute perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better after party.

This place is incredible. The hospitality is unmatched, the atmosphere is so invited and more of a comfortable urban experience, and their drinks are phenomenal! I recommend trying their raspberry matcha tonic! It’s refreshingly perfect for summer in its subtle earthy yet vibrant flavors. Those who visit The Neighbor are always amiable and you’re bound to have a conversation with the most friendly of folks while waiting for your drink. They prioritize customer care and delectable hand-crafted drinks.

Wonderful new spot for a drink, coffee, friends and events. Cameron and Alex have created a fantastic space. Had their baguette sandwich today and it's literally a footlong! Great bread, prosciutto and other wonderful ingredients. Nice thing is that they have some already made at the front counter and they're the perfect temperature. When it comes to prosciutto one doesn't want it to be super cold or hard.

This is an easy 10/10 for the vibes. Quiche lorraine was so creamy it melted in my mouth immediately and i really enjoyed the teeny arugula salad accompaniment. Rooibos tea was rich and lovely. Staff are sweet and bring everything to your table. Ok ok i miss everyday joes, it’s true, but this is a solid upgrade.
